Train Station'Train Station'   
At the station before the last,  the conductor with the tired eyes  stopped us, palm open, and he said,  “I would like to see your tickets please.”   
And my partner,  he had the butterfingers and the torn jacket,  scrambled in his pack for it.  But we all knew he was lying  for our ticket got lost underneath the clatter of the train,  the time we snuck on bare-footed and cold  and stole a tramp’s passing fancy –-  his boots.
